what is the paper re-use bin on my desk for?

A great deal of paper is printed only on one side. Instead of throwing it out when you’re finished or recycling it, put the paper to better use by using the reverse side that is blank for scrap note paper. As the saying goes, “it’s good to recycle but it is better to re-use”.
